“I was very nervous before committing to getting a personal coach. I stumbled upon Sydnie’s page and noticed immediately just how positive of an energy she had, and how approachable she seemed. On a whim, since I was bored during the pandemic, I decided to join one of her zoom HIIT classes on a Saturday. I was so nervous, but almost immediately, she was able to put me at ease. After fully signing on with her, she has not only gotten me excited to workout after work on week days (which was not a thing for me before), but I’ve enjoyed learning different exercises, learning about the muscle groups, and correcting my form. I haven’t even worked with her for more than 6 months, but I’ve already noticed differences in my physique & strength. Sydnie has been a crucial aspect in me improving my health over the last few months. I’ve been training with Sydnie for the last 9 months and she has been incredible. I started with an 8 week challenge and have continued with 1 on 1 training and her amazing HIIT classes. She has been so key in making this a full sustainable lifestyle change for me. In these last 9 months I’ve been through so many changes, from unemployment to working 70 hours a week, from having full access to a gym to none while living in a small hotel room away from home during a full lockdown for months. Sydnie has adapted my programs to work no matter what the circumstances are. She’s kept me accountable and motivated and she’s made it fun. I love her classes and the community she’s built.

Sydnie's 8 week challenge was exactly what I needed to get my motivation back! Her workouts were easy to do in my tiny apartment with limited equipment, and they got progressively harder as we got stronger. The food plan was really easy to personalize and adapt to my lifestyle. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get back in shape or to just feel better about themselves!

Throughout the 8-week program I felt comfortable in my own skin, was supported by a group of hard working women, and learned how to be strong not only through workouts but also by eating..Sydnie developed concrete workouts that worked different body parts throughout the week. She organized it so clearly that I didn’t have to think of anything before showing up at the gym! She even had 2 weekly live workouts that I had the option to join, and were recorded so I could play them back afterwards. I especially loved these because I didn’t need to set a timer, find a fun playlist or coordinate anything - I just showed up!

COVID has made this year a little bit stranger than most. THANK GOD for Sydnie's HIIT workouts and meal/workout plans that have kept me motivated and sane throughout the pandemic. I first signed up with Sydnie back in October and was stunned by the commitment and motivation I had from her program. Having a network of people to hold you accountable and to be able to chat with, not to mention her being there 24/7 to motivate you and check in to make sure you were always your best self. I cannot express enough how amazing sydnies WORKOUT PLAN and HIIT workouts are. She has truly kept me fit, healthy and finally HAPPY!

I decided to join Sydnie's 8 week program when I was 4 months post-partum and wanting to start taking my journey back to feeling strong and healthy. The workouts are effective and easy to follow and I felt myself get stronger each week. The live workouts are awesome to do as a group with others and keep you accountable. Sydney’s 8 week challenge takes the guess work out of trying to get healthier and stronger… if you follow this plan I promise you will see and feel results! Can’t recommend it enough

So far I’ve done two of the Sandwellness 8 week challenges and have LOVED both! I especially love going to the live HIIT workouts every week because they keep me accountable and are such a fun way to workout with a group. What can I say about Sydnie and the Sandwellness community! I can proudly say Sydnie has been a great friend for years, and now I can say she’s made such an impact in my health and wellness. I have not been interested or motivated in working out since high school, but I thought I’d finally take the plunge, even though I was very hesitant. I’m so happy I did, I have learned so much from Syd and gained so much more confidence, and now I actually look forward to working out, which I never thought I would say. It is certainly a still struggle from time to time(I still struggle will my relationship with food), but Syd has provided me with so many great recipes and recommendations.
