Hi there!
My name is Sydnie Sandwell and I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer and I offer virtual 1 on 1 programming/training and on-demand fitness classes.
Activity and fitness have been a constant for me my entire life. I grew up a competitive gymnast and when that became too much I went into dance, tumbling, and finally competitive cheerleading.
When I started getting more serious about getting into university, I ended up quitting those sports and began going to the gym for fitness instead. I fell in love with group classes and that’s where I really learned proper form and how to exercise. From there I taught myself how to weight train and started to create my own workouts. 10 years ago I ended up falling in love with fitness outside of “sports” because it made me feel good, strong, and confident. Overtime I learned how important balance is in a fitness journey (and life) and this is something I heavily encourage and educate my clients about. I knew I needed to embrace and share my love of being active and healthy with others, which is what has led me to build my own business: Sandwellness.
Since then, I have gotten certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and provide 1-on-1 coaching for my clients. I truly believe in the power of spreading passion for something, and I bring this positivity and determination to my business.
