I provide inclusive, welcoming fitness training tailored to your needs. No one should feel intimidated to start fitness, and I want to ensure this is a positive part of people’s lives. It’s also extremely beneficial for everyone’s mental and physical health, and I strive to give you the foundation to start this health journey
Private: Get one-on-one fitness training and fitness plans that you can do on your own time. We can provide demo videos that you can workout to, and these can be monthly or 6-week plans based on your goals.
On-Demand Workouts: Join the amazing and motivating Sandwellness community!
Classes are: Lower body, upper body, core, HIIT, Low Intensity Interval Training, & stretching! These classes vary in length and style to keep things fun and exciting. The best part is, you can do them on your own schedule! I’m here for you to inspire you and get you out of your comfort zone so you can crush your fitness goals all from the comfort of your own home! (can also take these workouts to the gym).
No gym needed: You can get highly flexible work-outs from the comfort of your own home, and still get the personal assistance you need. HOWEVER if you still have access to a gym I have options for you.
Gym needed: No problem! I can create a personalized plan for you based on your own goals! I also have an 8 week gym guide. Fill out the 1 on 1 form to inquire.
Get maximum benefits: I work to build programs that provide the maximum benefit for the least amount of time. I also plan out all of your workouts so you don’t have to! You just need to show up! Exercise smarter not harder!

Monthly 1 on 1 Programs
A customized fitness experience which includes monthly programming, taking into consideration everyone’s personal goals. I provide demo videos that can you reference, and/ or we can meet 1:1 each week where I can provide immediate feedback on your workouts.
